EPA's Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance requested SAB rapid consultative advice regarding draft "conditions and recommendations" for conducting emissions tests of open burning of vegetative and demolition debris for Jefferson Parish, Orleans Parish, Plaquemines Parish and St. Bernard Parish in the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
